RAN Family Housing

Our Family Centre houses several wrap around services including:

Affordable Family Housing:
Thirty six 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom units for families. Community resources and family programs.

Addiction Recovery Program (Women)
An eight bed, faith-based women’s bed-based addiction treatment service.

New Hope Clinic:
Operates in partnership with Fraser Health and other allied professional service providers.

Kid’s Club Daycare:
A privately operated facility for up to 17 children.

Community Market:
A sorting and storing room where donated food items are accessed by families in the Family Centre and community members.


Interchange

Interchange provides supportive housing for people formerly entrenched in homelessness and poverty. This hotel was purchased in 2021 by BC Housing. RAN operates two programs out of this facility.

Interchange Supportive Housing:
This facility offers 59 rooms for supportive housing with 24-hour support for those who are further along in their journey.

Addiction Recovery Program (Men):
A 26 bed men’s residential addiction treatment service.


RAN Community Outreach Centre

The RAN Community Outreach Centre is our original building constructed in 2011 and houses three primary services:

Revive Safe-Stay Shelter:
A 24-hour semi-permanent shelter for 45 individuals often struggling with homelessness, mental health and addiction concerns.

Pathways Overnight Shelter:
A 24-hour facility operating as an overnight shelter with 44 beds during the night and a warming or cooling centre during the daytime.

Food Services:
Two of our locations include full kitchen facilities where approximately 380 meals are prepared and served each day for our programs and for the nightly community dinner.

The Wearhouse:
Provides a space for donated clothing items to be sorted and distributed.
